We got our hands on some absolutely stunning Black Muscat grapes from Lodi, California last fall. Combining these oenological gems with orange blossom honey resulted in a pyment of epic proportions, clocking in at 18.5% abv. With notes of dark berries, flowers and fresh lychee, this mead drinks superbly balanced for being so high in abv with a lower than average residual sugar. We are absolutely in love with this one and can not wait for you all to try it.
