Nice was brewed with several kilos of fresh citrus peel from; Oranges, Limes, Lemons and Grapefruits. These were added to the boil to give the beer its inviting fresh citrus fruit aroma.Nice was brewed as part of a pair for the winter months with Naughty.A white IPA loaded with fresh mixed citrus peel. The addition of lots of wheat malt gives the beer its very pale colour with the citrus fruit adding a very inviting fruit aroma. Lots of powerful hops give the beer a lasting bitterness as a proper IPA should.Hops:Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, Summit & StellaMalt:Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Carapils, Oat Malt
