Sum of Things - VIII

Описание

Our 8th creation in our experimental IPA series. This batch of SoT features an experimental English yeast strain that throws melon, citrus, and pineapple character into the mix. We also utilized hefty amounts of a particular lot of chinook hops that we are fond of, along with mosaic and simcoe hops. This beer is a tribute to the unfiltered west coast ipa’s that we love!
