India Pale Cider (IPC) A relatively new category in the beverage world the IPC holds some quite unique characteristics. It is naturally gluten free and appeals to both beer drinkers and cider drinkers. We dry hop our cider in order to extract aromatics and leave the bitterness out. The hop varietals we use are all fruit forward in their flavor and aroma. The nose is very floral with heaps of citrus and stone fruit. The first sip is an explosion of tropical hop notes that compliments the light body of the base cider and leads to a crisp dry finish! Cheers!
