Smashing Plums

The first iteration in a new series of single malt, single hop, single fruit beers. This version twists it further by kettle souring the base beer and fermenting with a lager yeast to make this a “sour smash cold IPA” with golden promise malt, mosaic hops, and plum purée. Sounds a bit crazy but it all works together perfectly!
