This is our second go at a proper lager, a quest that has been adding endless stress to Rob's already chaotic head. We're happy to report great success, though! Properly lagered for five weeks after primary fermentation, the base is all Pilsner malt, and only Czech Saaz hops were used. This beer is clean with a light herbal lemon note on the finish, and a touch of bitterness to balance out the malt character. Named after Rob's canoe, we're hoping to have this beer around for summer canoe trips.
