On a lush base of Munich malt and rolled wheat then lightly kettle soured giving us a lovely tart pale. Hopped and hopped again with Azacca and Wakatu bringing huge flavours of caramelised pineapple with light acidity on the nose for a super refreshing and slightly sour experience.
