Double Cow Now Double IPA is brewed with Galaxy, Vic Secret, Citra, and of course Milk Sugar. When we sat around and drank Moo Cow IPA we said "this would probably taste good with more of everything", so that's exactly what we did. Due to the larger addition of milk sugar this DIPA lands on the sweeter end, so we also doubled the Dry Hop rate to balance it out. It's a tropical milky dream with notes of lime, passionfruit, tangerine, and a bold resinous finish.
