Brewed with lemon, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, eggshells, and flour, this beer underwent both its fermentation and aging in puncheons that previously held wine. A psychedelic fusion using the exquisite hollandaze as our muse. After 18 months of oak aging, this Mixed Fermentation Saison exudes notes of Meyer lemon custard and black peppercorns.
