Brewed in Collaboration with Flora Fermentation from Shiga, JP, this fresh hopped Japanese Lager uses locally grown Fresh Cashmere hops from Topps Hops in Abbotsford, BC and their experimental Cashmere X Hops Pellets. Expect notes of red berries on a crisp "super dry" lager base.
