We aged this uniquely delicious pils in heavy-toast oak foeders for 3 months before a generous dry-hopping with Triskel, a French/English hop cultivar with a fruity, floral nose. The result is a glorious marriage of effervescent citrus and subtle oak that's both unique and infinitely quaffable.
