Emmer Bragot

The Emmer Bragot is a blend of the Emmer Session Sour and a mead made of Spanish orange blossem honey and apple juice. Then we aged the mead for a couple of months on Triple Sec barrels before we going to blend it with the Session Sour and herbs like ginger and Cinnamon.
