Can I Get A Wit-wit

Описание

We brewed a 3 bbl batch at Black Locust inspired by one of Mike's old homebrew recipes for a wit-IPA hybrid. This one is dry hopped with Citra and Bergamot hops to "stand in" for the orange zest traditional to the style. Indian coriander brings linalool and geraniol, two of the compounds found in Citra hops. Ask about crowlers to go!
