Our first Baltic Porter, brewed from a malt base of Extra Pale, Vienna, Munich, Oats, Carapils + Carafa Special III, hopped with a combination of Hallertau Blanc + El Dorado before fermentation on W-34/70, a traditional Bavarian lager yeast.
