Harvest Ale 2017

A tribute to the hop and malt farmers of this world without whom there would be no beer industry. This year we worked with Blaz Bosnar from Zalec in Slovenia. We used four different types of hops: Gold, Bobek, Fox and Cardinal. The malt was 100% Hook Head Series ale malt from the Hook Head peninsula in Wexford and malted by Minch malt in Athy.
