Second Breakfast is a fresh new American Pale Ale. This beer is a bit of a throwback to the original west coast style pale ale. A solid malty body balances out the large addition of west coast hops.Malty complexity at the forefront opens into a citrusy hop explosion and finishes with a firm but balanced bitterness. This APA is made with lots of Amarillo, Citra, and Centennial hops.Brewed in collaboration with John Anderson from the Kingston Area Brewers of Beer (KABOB). John is the second winner of our recent homebrew competition!
