A super smooth, full bodied, and fruity rye DIPA, with a big burst of ripe tropical fruit and citrus and a touch of bitterness for just the right balance.Brewer's Notes: we first started talking about a collab with Thyras Bryg at last year's DØE festival, so only fitting that we're releasing this awesome beer at this year's festival. We crammed in just over 25% organic rye malt from our friends at Gyrup Malt, plus a good 10% oats as the base for this thick and juicy beer. The hops were a combination of both old and new favorites - Mosaic, Krush, Talus and Talus Cryo.Rye DIPA isn't even a category in Untappd, are we trailblazers?
