Heritage is a wild fermented cider made froma multitude of apple varieties hand selected in2024 from the Jim Dunkley heritage orchardin Dunedin. Lovingly preserved by the NZ TreeCrops Association, the fruits of the orchard haveyielded a super dry cider with a complex fruitprofile, spiced apple and elderflower aromas,and a firm bright acidity.
