This New England style pale ale utilises thiolised yeast, helping to unlock bound aroma compounds in hops and malt to create flavours of juicy passionfruit, lemon and lime. This beer was hopped in the mash with Cascade and Motueka, and dry hopped with Motueka and Citra, with a slightly drier but smooth finish for a sessionable pint.
