In collaboration with our friends at Black Calder Brewing, this stout is an homage to all the matriarchs that helped raise us and always had a plate ready. A sweet potato pie inspired barrel aged stout with vanilla, panela sugar, and baking spices. Sweet, but not too sweet, and just the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg aromatics. Aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 9 months.
