This bright, hazy East Coast-style IPA is hop-forward and uses Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Centennial hops to full effect. Honey from @blackwalnutacres was added during the boil to increase fermentable sugars—not add flavour. The result is a smooth, juicy IPA with a higher alcohol content and a pleasantly dry finish.
