Insert Farming Reference Here is a new IPA brewed in collaboration with Monkish Brewing (Torrance, CA) using rye and corn grown on our farm in Stonington, CT and a blend of Peacharine and Citra hops. Notes of candied citrus take the lead with a medium sweetness and lit-to-medium bitterness.
