An American IPA with assertive bitterness that finishes dry. We use a very healthy dose of six different American hops in the boil and whirlpool to provide citrusy and fruity characteristics, along with notes of earthy, piney and floral flavors and aromas. This beer is double dry hopped with a combination of Amarillo, Citra, Columbus and Simcoe. We use a simple malt bill to keep the focus on the hops resulting in one delicious IPA!
