So Napoleon’s troops are said to have been early fans and called it “the Champagne of the North”, the Berliner Weiße.⠀⠀Our Rohfrucht Weiße is just like the Berlin summer: surprising, brazen, alive, curious and really rather dope. Brewed with 60% unmalted grains (barley, wheat and buckwheat) and then refermented with brettanomyces in a wooden barrel. Fruity, grainy and crisp - dit is’ Berlin, wa!⠀
