Dry hopped during fermentation and once after fermentation with classic "C" hops and Amarillo. Dry hopped one more time after fermentation and again in the brite tank with southern hemisphere hops. This big DIPA has more than double the amount of dry hops we usually use for our hoppy beers. This hugely aromatic, resinous, oily, chewy tropical citrus bomb is not for the faint of heart.
