Inspired by the summer seasonal Wits of Belgium, we’ve developed a hybrid recipe marrying a Belgian Wit yeast with the structure of a Hazy IPA, and melding complimentary hops of Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Citra, and with a touch fresh orange zest.
