Our Opacity series returns with a new experimental hop variety HBC-1019. HBC-1019 has gained a lot of notoriety as of late from many hop-centric breweries because of its dominant fuzzy peach character.We start with our classic protein heavy malt bill, hot-side hopping with Columbus, and Verdant for fermentation.
