his is Matilda’s malt, our ale yeast, Meridian, Ahtanum and Cashmere hops. It’s got a bit of an old school feel with caramel malt and a lovely red hue to go with the classic hop backbone. Nicely balanced and dry, this little number dons a big fruity aroma and a bit of punch. No cheese was harmed during the brewing of this beer.
