This California IPA is made with a simple malt base of pilsner malt and a touch of wheat. It provides balanced moderate bitterness with a smooth finish and hazy appearance. Hopped with Idaho 7, Simcoe and Chinook, this IPA has sweet stone fruit aromas of guava and mango, with pine and pink grapefruit on the finish.
