The sixth blend of our spontaneously fermented pale wheat ale: Berliner Messe. Brewed with NJ raw wheat and floor-malted pilsner malt, briefly boiled with aged hops, coolshipped then held hot for spontaneous acidification, spontaneously fermented in oak barrels before blending. Spontaneously refermented and conditioned in the bottle.(RateBeer Silver Medal Berliner Weisse worldwide for 2019 if you’re into that kind of thing.)
