Tapasya Pale Ale

This is a restaurant branded version of our Cascade Pale i.e. it's an American-style pale ale, brewed with pale malt and just small amounts of caramalt and wheat malt. American Cascade hops produce low levels of bitterness, and are then added again post-boil and for dry-hopping to produce the wonderful aroma.
