For this Oude Kriekenlambik, we macerated sour cherrieson lambik brewed by outselves and Brouwerij De Troch.We macerated these sour cherries for more than fourmonths on two-and-a-half-year-old lambik and weblended with some more old lambik. In total, we usedeight lambikken from six different barrels. The weighted average age of this blend is over twenty five months. The final fruit concentration is 34%.
