Brewed using NY pilsner, wheat and golden promise, this blend was fermented using a house brett strain, before undergoing secondary fermention in barrel with another house culture. It was further conditioned on pink peppercorns. This beer is effervescent with notes of cracked pepper, ripe berries, and a mild acidity.
