Doppelbock is a 7.7% malty, sweet and strong German style lager. It features a dark ruby color and some chocolate and lightly toasted malt flavors.It was brewed with Shtieph El, the winner of the Hombrewing contest organized by Forum Cervejas do Mundo, and his prize was to brew a beer with us.
