We aged our Double Mashed Russian Imperial Milk Stout base nearly 2 years in a combination of 11-Year Heaven Hill Bourbon and 18-Year Willett Bourbon Barrels. It was then conditioned on a heavy-handed dose of Toasted Organic Coconut, Raw Organic Coconut, Papua New Guinea Vanilla Beans, and a virtual mountain of Finca Chimelb, ABOCFA, and Öko-Caribe Cacao Nibs. Expect substantial barrel spirit accompanied by notes of creamy coconut anglaise, bourbon-soaked marshmallows, fudgy ganache, and layer after layer of warm chocolate cake.
