La Fleur

We are calling La Fleur an American Farmhouse. The beer is named after the yeast 'La Fleur' which was originally a wild capture, isolated from an American brewery's version of a Wallonian-style Farmhouse beer. Into the mix we threw the American hops Northern Brewer and Idaho 7 along with some corn sugar to lighten the body. It presents as a hoppy and refreshingly bitter farmhouse ale with floral and citrus notes and soft fruity esters.
