Yaromatic

Описание

Infused a keg of Salzig (our mixed-ferm Gose) with fresh yarrow flowers from Mike's garden. Yarrow is a classic "gruit" herb, a popular addition to beer before the supremacy of hops. It has an aroma that is part floral-honey and part minty-herbal.
