The New Hops: Talus & HBC 586

We dry hopped this test-batch pale ale with a big dose of Talus and experimental HBC 586 hops. Talus is a daughter of Sabro, but inherited more of her tropical notes (rather than the coconut). For HBC 586 the hop breeder suggests "mango, guava, lychee, citrus." To us the combination results is mango and grapefruit with a little creamy-coconut in the finish!
