Pale Sour Ale Aged in Wine Barrels with Raspberries and Merlot Grapes AddedBottle Release 5/25/24 - $16/500mL BottleTo create this beer we added particularly raspberry-forward Livermore Valley Merlot grape must to a young red sour and actual raspberries to an older golden sour for additional oakiness. The combination is vibrant in terms of flavor, aroma, even color.
