Cycle of Stars

This 8.5% crispy, refreshing beer is hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Idaho 7 hops. The malt bill is subdued and clean, and there are notes of pineapple juice, resinous pine, candied/ dried clementine, and tropical fruit cup juice. This baby leans more bitter than our average hazy offering, but it has the perfect balance of sharp conifer with a citrusy, quenching juiciness. We are SO excited about how this banger came out! It’s exactly what this lovely weather calls for and we’ve been sipping on it non-stop in house!
