Part of our Neighborhood Series.This cider is made in collaboration with the Basque Museum and Cultural Center.Cider mixed with fresh quince juice and handmade membrillo; a traditional paste made primarily on the Iberian Peninsula of Spain, made with quince, lemon, and sugar.This cider is unbelievably juicy with high citrus notes and a beautiful blending on sweet and tart. You gotta give it a try!
