BOP is a Double Chocolate Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout made in collaboration with the California-based, internationally recognized, 100% oak aged brewery Horus Aged Ales.Recreated for our 12 anniversary celebrations, this batch utilizes a strong foundation of roasted malts and an 8 hour boil to concentrate all those fermentable sugars, plus a mammoth amount of high-quality Ghanaian cocoa nibs. The result is layers of rich, fudgy, intense flavour.
