This is a collaboration brew with Michelin starred chef René Mathieu. He was named best chef in the world for plant based cooking, so he knows his herbs. Joe (Head Brewer) took up the challenge to brew with wild herbs from Steinsel. The predominant aroma is that of ground ivy, a Minty aroma with a savoury taste. This will be brewed once a year.
