The Third Mate Tripel is our take on a traditional Belgian-style tripel - think malt, wheat and oatmeal plus Belgian yeast - with a twist. Third Mate has been lightly dry hopped with Palisade hops, imbuing the beer with a bit more body. Yeast-driven complexity brings the beer home.
