Brewed and fermented in oak September 2017, Close Dot is a Golden Wild Ale blended and aged in Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels in early 2019 on cut pineapple, Vermont wildflower honey and a light drop of Australian Galaxy hops. This sour wild ale has tropical expressions of candied lemon, coconut and ripe pineapple. Bottling date August 2019.
