Geuze from a blend of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 year old traditional lambics from various breweries in the Zennevalei. The lambic then rested for another year in a Gouden Carolus single malt whiskey barrel. The Geuze was made under the Barrel Boutique project. Due to the long maturation and the taste from the barrel, the gueuze has great complexity.
