We named our ever-changing series of IPAs “Cheater Hops” in their honor. We are honest brewers, that's why we can admit when we cheat!When Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops were released in 2000 you'd think their intense tropical aromatics would have been a revelation, but hardly anyone seemed to notice! We're thankful both varieties eventually caught on because they are two of our favorites! In this beer the combined hop aroma explodes with mango, gooseberry, pine, and citrus!
