Of the Village: Hot Sticky Sweet

Описание

Hot! Sticky! Sweet! This cider is inspired by a saison that we once brewed in a different life and remember fondly, so decided to give it try with apples! Made with a dry cider as a base, then rested on pounds and pounds of sweet Plums, a dose of super-local Honey from our neighbors in the Alley, and a good amount of hot Arbol Peppers. Get ready for a ride! This one starts with a lovely honey-sweet plum vibe up front, followed by a hit of hot-hot heat on the back end. If you like the heat, this one is for you!
