Delicious Island style lager vaguely based on the fantastic tropical delight of the Cook Islands lager brewed by our pals up in Rarotonga. A lovely crisp beer with a slightly sweet finish. The nose enhanced by warmer fermentation to accentuate the tropical aromatics of the motueka hops late in the boil. A beer from where you want to be.
