Jealous Butcher (Side A)

An honest homage to one of our favorite styles of beer, the German Pilsner. Jealous Butcher was step mashed with two varieties of Weyermann Pilsner malt, assertively hopped in the kettle with Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh, then fermented with one of the world’s most popular Lager yeast strains, Global yeast. This Pilsner is full of floral aromas, spicy noble hop character with a lingering lemon zest note, and balanced with a rustic, malty bread dough character that fades into a crisp finish. Side-A is the German Pilsner, straight up. Side-B was dry-hopped with Simcoe & Citra hops.
